Ultherapy

Ultherapy uses ultrasound energy to tighten skin and the underlying tissue including the face, neck, arms, legs, buttocks and décolletage. Both Drs. Coleman use this non-surgical procedure on patients who want to avoid a face lift. Ultherapy noninvasively builds new collagen and elastic tissue with no down time.


The Titan® Procedure

The Titan® procedure, using the Titan® device, tightens the skin’s natural collagen and stimulates new production for a noticeably younger looking face. It works at a more superficial level than Ultherapy® Results that would have previously required surgical face lifts can now be achieved without excessive swelling, bruising, or recovery time. The Titan® heats the lower layers of skin to tighten collagen fibers, while using a cooling device to protect the surface skin from damage.

Often we combine tightening procedures, using different skin tightening devices to obtain the best results in non-surgical tightening. Patients can resume normal activities the same day. Normally a series of treatments are used to obtain the best results.

Our Metairie dermatology practice was one of the earliest practices in the U.S. to research and use Titan® and Ulthera® and we have performed thousands of successful procedures. Both Drs. William and Patrick Coleman also use Titan® and Ulthera® in conjunction with liposuction to tighten skin. (See Liposuction)
